This allowed recipients to browse support worker profiles, see reviews and provided services, post requirements as a job for everyone to see, and provide control over hourly rates.
CaringHub is deeply integrated with the Stripe payment gateway which securely handles all money transactions as well as client credit card and support worker bank account details.
We carefully crafted a solution that allowed our client CaringHub to seamlessly receive a commission on each transaction.
Support worker payouts were handled carefully to make sure they were paid fairly and we also added additional rules within the platform to prevent non-paying clients.
Twilio is a service that allows advanced user engagement capabilities with in-app voice calls, sms & video calls.
We strategically integrated with Twilio to provide the best user experience possible by allowing clients and support workers to contact each over when appropriate, without creating any privacy issues.
In some cases, client NDIS budgets are handled by agencies so we created the capability for clients and agencies to connect on the platform.
If clients are already in the database, they can simply send an invitation which an agency can choose to accept or decline at any stage.
Once connection is made, agencies can pay for services on behalf of the client.
No matter how well a platform is designed, there will always be end-user disputes. With this in mind, we made sure our client CaringHub was well-equipped to handle disputes fairly and easily.
CaringHub admins are notified upon dispute requests with the option to resolve disputes from the admin resolution centre module.
